Description: The net pay accruals to OC 2400 are not always posting to the same accounts where the corresponding payroll expenses are recorded. There have been several cases where the net pay accrual is posted to OC 2400 on one account, and the corresponding payroll expense posts to a different account or is split between multiple accounts. Furthermore, the accrual amount does not always match the recorded payroll expense since the accrual is for net pay, and the payroll expense is for gross pay.  Additionally, certain net pay accruals to OC 2400 (with a 4/3/26 pay date) are still not reversed for the pay period ending 3/20/26.
