We would like to provide an update regarding recent payroll issues impacting 9-month, 9-month sabbatical, and graduate student employees. An issue was identified during May payroll processing that resulted in overpayments and/or underpayments for employees who experienced mid-month pay changes or terminations in the system. This matter has been escalated to Accenture for detailed analysis in order to determine a resolution and prevent future occurrences.

 

Additionally, the Fort Collins Payroll team is currently managing more than 490 help tickets related to the payroll issues referenced in our recent communications. We truly appreciate your patience as we work through these inquiries. If your question pertains to a known issue that has already been communicated, we encourage you to review the latest updates for current status information. For issues not included in the known issues list, we will respond to your ticket as quickly as possible.
