Description: An issue was identified during May payroll processing resulting in overpayments/ underpayments for employees who experienced mid-month pay changes or terminations in the system.

Group(s) Impacted: 9-Month, 9-Month Sabbatical and Graduate Student Employees

Status: This has been escalated to Accenture for detailed analysis to evaluate potential resolution and to prevent recurrence.

6/9/2026 – The root cause of the issue has been identified. Testing is being conducted to validate the solution, and upon final approval, configuration changes will be implemented in PROD to recalculate pay for impacted 9-month academic staff from May monthly payroll.
